Refund Policy
When a refund may apply
- An eligible return within 30 days of delivery.
- A defective, damaged or incorrect product.
- A shipment confirmed lost by the carrier.
- An unavailable product that cannot be replaced.
Conditions
Standard returns must be unused, undamaged and in original condition, with original or equivalent packaging, and returned within 30 days. For defects or delivery errors, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Whether a physical return is required is assessed individually.
Request a refund
Email contact@podolis.com with your order number, products, reason and photos where relevant. We respond within 48 business hours with instructions and the return address if needed. Use tracked shipping when returning an item.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval or receipt of the return, depending on the case, to the original payment method. After processing, card and Apple Pay/Google Pay refunds normally appear within 3–5 business days; PayPal within 1–3. Bank or provider timing may vary.
Shipping costs
You pay standard return shipping. For our error or a defective or damaged product, Podolis provides a prepaid label or reimburses shipping against proof of cost.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply where an item is incomplete or shows use, only part of an order is returned, or a promotion affected the original price.
Exclusions
Original shipping fees are not refunded except for our error or a defective product. Opened and used hygiene products, including worn insoles, and late or damaged returns not attributable to a defect are excluded.
Exchanges
Ask for a different size or model in your email. Exchanges depend on available stock, with no additional exchange fee from Podolis.
Statutory rights
This policy supplements applicable statutory rights. Our existing French terms describe a 14-day withdrawal period, a two-year legal conformity warranty from delivery and protection against hidden defects under the French Civil Code. The store return period is 30 days.
